Experience:

1. Experience in manufacturing or production of engine oil, gear oil, grease, hydraulic oil, or other lubricant products will be preferred.

2. Practical knowledge of lubricant production, formulation, and quality control will be an advantage.

   Job Responsibilities

   • Supervise and manage the production process of engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, brake oil, grease, transmission oil, and other lubricant products.

   • Follow approved formulations, production procedures, and quality standards during the manufacturing process.

   • Ensure proper selection, measurement, mixing, and handling of base oils, additives, and other raw materials.

   • Conduct quality checks and laboratory tests of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

   • Collect samples and maintain proper records of test results and batch information.

   • Identify production or quality-related problems and take appropriate corrective actions.

   • Prepare and maintain production, batch, laboratory, and quality-control reports.

   • Ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of laboratory and production equipment.

   • Coordinate with the production and quality-control teams to ensure smooth and efficient production.

   • Maintain workplace safety, laboratory safety, and proper chemical-handling procedures.

   • Assist in developing new formulations and improving the quality and performance of existing lubricant products.

     
     Educational Qualification

   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.

   • Candidates must have practical knowledge of lubricant formulation and production.

     Experience Requirements

   • 2–3 years of relevant experience in lubricant, engine oil, grease, or chemical product manufacturing is preferred.

   • Experience with engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, brake oil, grease, or other automotive lubricants will be an added advantage.

   • Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered based on their qualifications.

   Required Skills & Competencies

   • Good knowledge of lubricant manufacturing processes and formulations.

   • Practical knowledge of base oils, additives, and chemical raw materials.

   • Ability to conduct basic laboratory tests and quality-control activities.

   • Ability to identify production and quality issues and take corrective measures.

   • Good documentation and reporting skills.

   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

   • Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious attitude.

   Salary

   Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.
