Responsibilities & Context:
Quality & Recipe Consistency: Ensure every batch strictly meets brand standards for taste, texture, appearance, and accurate gram weight.
Raw Material & Wastage Control: Monitor daily consumption of key ingredients (milk, chhana, ghee, flour, sugar) to minimize production loss and avoid pilferage.
Food Safety & Hygiene Enforcement: Supervise strict sanitation across workstations, tools, and machinery while ensuring staff comply with hygiene wear (caps, aprons, gloves).
On-Time Outlet Dispatch: Coordinate batch schedules and packaging to guarantee morning and afternoon deliveries leave the factory on time for all retail branches.
Floor Supervision & Daily Reporting: Allocate staff shifts, oversee worker productivity, and record daily batch counts, wastage logs, and factory return reconciliations.
