We are looking for an experienced *Scaffolding Supervisor* with strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, tools, and safety requirements. The candidate will be responsible for supervising large teams of scaffolders and ensuring the safe and efficient erection, modification, dismantling, and inspection of various types of scaffolding at Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects.

* Supervise and manage a *large team of scaffolders* and ensure proper allocation of manpower.

* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the *erection, modification, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures*.

* Have thorough knowledge of *scaffolding equipment, tools, components, and accessories*.

* Possess strong practical knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems, including:

* Tube & Clamp / Tube & Fitting Scaffolding

* Cuplock Scaffolding

* Ringlock Scaffolding

* Frame Scaffolding

* Mobile Scaffolding

* Suspended Scaffolding

* Cantilever Scaffolding

* Stair Towers and Access Scaffolding

* Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

* Supervise scaffolding activities for complex structures, equipment, vessels, tanks, piping, platforms, and maintenance/shutdown works.

* Conduct regular scaffolding inspections and ensure proper tagging and safe working conditions.

* Ensure compliance with *HSE standards, scaffolding procedures, and site safety regulations*.

* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Construction Managers, HSE personnel, and other disciplines.

* Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

* Ensure scaffolders follow approved erection/dismantling procedures and use appropriate PPE.

* Identify unsafe scaffolding conditions and take immediate corrective action.

* Maintain daily manpower, inspection, progress, and activity reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum *5–8 years of relevant scaffolding supervision experience*.

* *CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) certification is mandatory.*

* Proven experience in *supervising large scaffolding teams* and managing multiple scaffolding activities simultaneously.

* Strong practical knowledge of *scaffolding equipment, tools, components, and different scaffolding systems*.

* Must have extensive experience in *Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Industrial Projects*.

* Experience in *plant maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, construction, or expansion projects* is highly preferred.

* *Gulf / GCC experience is mandatory*, preferably in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain.

* *Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.*

* Ability to read and understand scaffolding drawings, layouts, and specifications.

* Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and safe working practices.

* Good leadership, communication, manpower management, and coordination skill
