Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Quality Control and Semen Quality Assurance across all relevant operations.
Manage QMS, SOPs, compliance requirements, and documentation standardization.
Maintain the Machinery & Equipment Master List, including calibration and qualification records.
Maintain the Approved Vendor List, SOP Master List, Internal Audit records, and CAPA documentation.
Manage quality governance, organogram, deviation, change control, OOS/rejection, and complaint management.
Ensure audit readiness, traceability, training records, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Identify and implement AI-based opportunities for documentation, quality monitoring, and data analysis.
Monitor Bull Station quality, hygiene, biosecurity, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
