We are looking for high-potential, results-driven, and self-motivated engineers to join this exciting venture and gain hands-on exposure to large-scale industrial operations while building strong technical, leadership, and career capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Operations
Assist in daily production activities to achieve production targets & prepare report.
Monitor production processes and report any deviations or operational issues.
Support efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Coordinate with supervisors to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
2. Design Support
Assist in preparing and reviewing technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD/ Solid Works or similar).
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for fabrication.
Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing revisions and production feasibility.
Maintain design documents and revision records.
3. Fabrication Support
Assist in aluminium cutting, machining, welding, assembling, and finishing processes.
Ensure fabrication activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material usage to minimize waste.
Support troubleshooting of fabrication-related issues.
4. Quality Assurance
Conduct routine inspection of products during and after fabrication.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Report quality deviations and participate in corrective actions.
Maintain quality inspection records.
5. Continuous Improvement
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Recommend ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Improving production processes through the acquisition and transfer of foreign technological knowledge / technical know-how.
