• 2–3 years of proven practical merchandising experience
• Good understanding of product development and order execution
• Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements
• Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

• Handle the complete merchandising process from product development to shipment.
• Develop and follow up on samples, prototypes, and product developments.
• Coordinate with production, sampling, quality, procurement, and other relevant departments.
• Follow up on raw materials, accessories, packaging, and production status.
• Ensure products are produced according to approved samples, specifications, quality standards, and buyer requirements.
• Monitor production progress and take necessary action to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with the Quality/QA team regarding inspections and quality issues.
• Maintain proper records of orders, samples and approvals
