• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Ensure shift-wise production targets are met as per the production plan, under the guidance of the Production Manager.
• Check material flow and ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available on time.
• Ensure quality control standards and ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Provide instructions and support to machine operators and helpers during the shift.
• Report any irregularities or quality issues to the supervisor or quality control team.
• Assist with implementing 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
• Help with trial runs, new process setups, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required.
• Ensure machines are running smoothly and report any breakdowns to maintenance immediately.
• Maintain production records, including machine performance, shift output, and downtime logs.
• Conduct routine checks for yarn quality (Uster, CSP, count variation, etc.) and ensure standards are maintained.
