Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• The candidate must have a B.Sc. (Honors) in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering from any recognized institution with a minimum of CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

• Having experience in relevant field will be given preference

• Have knowledge in planning, production process, product and computer

• Able to identify quality product

• Have skill in communication, reporting writing, presentation, interpersonal relationship building

• Have self-awareness, problem solving, technical capacity, independent decision making, thinking out of box

• Able to manage any unwanted situation

• Able to work under pressure

• Plan and establish quality product production following procedures, standards and specifications

• Provide orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining to employees

• Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and taking preventive measures

• Ensure proper and on-time investigation of irregularities and complaints and report on them to management with recommendations on corrective and preventive measures

• Conduct customer survey to appraise their requirements and satisfaction and recommend appropriate policies and strategic to improve their satisfaction level

• Maintain liaise with production managers and staff to inform failed processes and corrective actions

• Update job knowledge, study trends and develop quality management; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional training course or organizations

• Prepare quality documentation, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, to prepare and submit reports

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
