• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering and Nutrition Science

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• In-depth knowledge of frozen food processing techniques (IQF, blast freezing, ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat products).
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO and food safety regulatory requirements.

• Supervise daily frozen food production activities according to the production plan

• Ensure smooth operation of production lines and proper utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.

• Monitor production processes from raw material receiving/preparation through processing, cooking, cooling/freezing, packing, and storage.

• Scheduling of manpower duty roaster.

• Production floor monitoring regarding compliance issues of the factory.

• Keep track records daily, monthly and yearly production and sales relative to actual.

• Training production staff on an ongoing basis.

• Monitor technical plant and machinery problems and undertake maintenance works to resolve all issues.

• Plan and organize production schedule and oversee production process.

• Assess the actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for the factory accordingly

• Effectively manage and motivate employees to achieve production targets.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
