Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Additional training in Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards will be an advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Age At least 27 years

• Minimum 3– 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing factory.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

• Experience in spices, rice, chanachur, oil, or FMCG food production will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent production planning and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Location: Factory – Kamtal, Barpara, Bandar, Narayanganj

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations and production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality standards.

• Supervise production staff, machine operators, warehouse personnel, and support teams.

• Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.

• Monitor raw material consumption, production output, and inventory levels.

• Ensure proper maintenance and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Procurement, and Management departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.

• Reduce production wastage and improve operational efficiency.

• Manage factory manpower planning, attendance, and discipline.
