• Oversee complete factory operations including Production, Administration, HR, Store, Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Distribution management to meet the company sales target month by month.

• Lead production planning to meet monthly sales targets while ensuring optimum utilization of resources and cost efficiency.

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and other resources through central procurement channels.

• Minimize wastage, reduce costs, and maximize productivity through continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.

• Implement and monitor factory policies aligned with compliance, efficiency, and safety standards.

• Plan and execute labor management by supporting factory operations efficiently.

• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy through ERP and automated systems.

• Drive the use of Tally software (production and warehouse modules) for effective factory management.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHS) across the facility.

• Generate and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports to top management.

• Lead cost estimation for medium to large-scale projects within time and budget.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
