Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts).
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; ensure proper stock levels.
- Prepare and update daily stock reports, consumption reports, and wastage reports.
- Assist in sales accounting, including invoicing, sales records, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to inventory and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
