Education:

Certification in Networking and Systems Administration (CCNA, MCSA & MTCNA) preferred & should have experience in IT Network Support & lT system Management

Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Troubleshooting network problems and solving hardware or software faults.
- Install and maintain wireless access points at the factory and various locations
- Configure P2P and IPSec tunnels using Mikrotik router
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g, Router & Switch, Firewalls, VPN)
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.9., TcPllP, FTP, SMTP, IPSec, VRRP, RIP, BGP & OSPF).
- Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration and enforcing system standards.
- Monitor and maintain network diagnostic and analytics tools.
- Manage Information Security Management System (ISMS) process documentation.
- Maintain CCTV surveillance systems, IP-based cameras, and biometric access control system
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, network printers and scanners.
- Provide system support to users as per requirements.
