What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of practical experience in website development, mobile app development, and IT-related work.

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other relevant web development platforms.

• Experience with mobile app development using Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of databases, PHP, MySQL, APIs, and application integration will be an advantage.

• Good graphics design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, security, SEO, and analytics.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, software installation, and troubleshooting.

• Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Who Will Be a Good Fit?

We are looking for someone who is not just familiar with technology but can actually put it into practice. You should be comfortable developing websites and applications, maintaining existing systems, creating designs, and finding solutions when technical problems arise.

Candidates who have developed websites or mobile applications from scratch and can demonstrate their work through a portfolio will receive preference. A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and contribute new ideas will be highly valued.

About the Position

We are looking for two enthusiastic, creative, and technically skilled professionals to join our team as Deputy Manager – ICT.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in website development and maintenance, mobile app development, graphics design, and general IT operations. We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, exploring new technologies, and turning ideas into practical digital solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with management and different departments to develop and maintain digital platforms, build useful business applications, and make our day-to-day operations more efficient.

What You Will Be Doing

Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop, update, and maintain the company's websites to ensure they are modern, responsive, user-friendly, and secure.

• Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and overall performance.

• Create new web pages, features, and solutions to support business requirements.

• Maintain website content and work on basic SEO and website analytics.

Mobile App Development

Develop and maintain mobile applications to support the company's business operations.

• Build applications for sales, distribution, inventory, employee management, reporting, and other business needs.

• Integrate applications with websites, databases, and other business systems.

• Take responsibility for app updates, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and ongoing improvements.

Graphics Design & Creative Work

• Design promotional materials, banners, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and other marketing content.

• Create attractive and user-friendly visual designs for websites and mobile applications.

• Work with the marketing team to support branding, promotional activities, and digital campaigns.

IT Operations & Support

• Look after the company's day-to-day IT requirements, including computers, software, networking, and technical troubleshooting.

• Ensure that IT systems are running smoothly and that important data is properly secured and backed up.

• Provide technical assistance to colleagues and help resolve IT-related issues.

• Coordinate with external IT service providers whenever necessary.

Technology & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to use technology to simplify work and improve business efficiency.

• Develop practical digital solutions to automate routine business processes.

• Work with management and other departments to understand their needs and deliver suitable IT solutions.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are completed on time.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: BDT 30,000–40,000, depending on skills and experience.
