Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok on a monthly content calendar.
Promote TA Academy courses and event registrations with campaigns, posts, reels, and short videos.
Cover robotics competitions, workshops and events with live updates, behind-the-scenes content and post-event recaps.
Work with designers and video editors to produce on-brand graphics, reels and videos that follow the Tech Autocrats brand guidelines.
Write clear, engaging captions, announcements, and press-style posts in both English and Bengali.
Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build a helpful, active community.
Run and monitor paid promotions (e.g., Meta Ads) within the given budget.
Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead conversions) and share monthly reports with recommendations.
Support sponsor and partner promotion, including co-branded posts and outreach content.
Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, and suggest new content ideas.
Additional Requirements (optional)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; 1-2 years of social media experience (students and fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply).
Good written English and Bengali.
Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools, and Meta Business Suite.
Interest in robotics, STEM, and technology is a plus.
