Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 22 years

• 2–5 years of experience in Cisco network infrastructure support.

• Experience in enterprise/customer environments.

• Experience handling SLA-based incidents and onsite support.

• CCNP-level knowledge is an added advantage.

1000FiX Services Ltd. is one of Bangladesh’s leading on-demand after-sales service platforms, providing professional repair and technical support services for IT products, home appliances, mobile phones and other consumer electronics.

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Network Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover of a large-scale network infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance-related issues.

• Configure and manage routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP etc.

• Implement VLANs, trunking, STP, EtherChannel, and related switching technologies.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, and take proactive corrective actions.

• Support network security, including ACLs, VPNs, FlexVPN and access-control policies.

• Perform network upgrades, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance.

• Analyze network incidents and provide timely resolution according to SLA requirements.

• Prepare network documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting reports, and technical reports.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for implementation and issue resolution.

• Provide onsite/remote technical support and participate in critical incident escalation when required.
