• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Good knowledge of local markets in respective divisions

• Expert in service/solution sales as an omni-channel approach

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Lead and manage sales operations across assigned districts within the division

• Drive revenue growth through B2B, B2C, and corporate channels

• Recruit, train, and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSO) and Corporate Sales Executives (CSE)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and partners

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas

• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and service delivery

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights
