Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and generate leads
Follow up regularly with potential buyers to convert interest into sales
Maintain strong knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure timely and accurate content posting
Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
Arrange and conduct site visits with interested clients
Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities systematically
