Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field).

Skills and portfolio matter more than degree.

Experience with fashion or e-commerce brands is a plus.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, E-commerce, F-commerce

• Age 22 to 40 years

• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, mobile photography/videography, and lighting.
• Strong portfolio with both photo and video samples (mandatory).
• Editing skills: Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic graphic design: Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and time management.
• Nice to have: Motion graphics (After Effects), UGC-style content creation.

• Shoot product photos and videos: On backgrounds, on-model, flat lay, detail shots, Reels/TikToks, brand videos.

• Edit both photo and video content: retouching, color correction, sound syncing, transitions, basic motion graphics.

• Design basic graphics for social media, ads, banners, and product infographics.

• Handle lighting, audio, tripod/gimbal, and basic set styling.

• Work with models, stylists, and the founder to plan shoots.

• Manage raw files, edited assets, and project files.

• Coordinate with the marketing head on monthly content calendars.

• Stay updated with current fashion content trends and ad creative styles.
