B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) from a reputed public or private university. Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in IT support, network administration, or system administration, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing (RMG/Textile) environment. Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. Proficiency in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication abilities. Ability to work in shifts and be available on-call as required to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities & Context: Oversee and manage daily IT operations, network infrastructure, and system administration for Jinnat Textile Mills Ltd. Provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network support to all plant users and critical production systems. Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP modules pertinent to textile manufacturing processes. Ensure strict adherence to data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols. Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of IT support technicians, ensuring efficient issue resolution. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and effectively manage vendor relationships for IT services and equipment. Implement, enforce, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures across the factory.
