• Experience: 3–6 years in fashion graphic design (GUESS / Men’s & Women’s Outlet preferred).

• Software: Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Technical Skills: Printing techniques, embroidery, embellishments, fabrics, and garment construction.

• Design & Trends: Strong typography, color theory, trend forecasting, and brand-aligned commercial artwork.

• Communication & Execution: Direct international buyer interaction, cross-functional teamwork, and multi-project deadline management.

• Develop creative and commercially appealing fashion graphics aligned with GUESS brand aesthetics and seasonal directions.

• Create placement prints, all-over prints, typography, logo-based graphics, and innovative artwork concepts.

• Research global graphic trends, seasonal themes, color palettes, and market developments.

• Translate buyer inspirations, mood boards, and design briefs into original graphic concepts.

• Explore innovative print, embroidery, embellishment, and mixed-media techniques.

• Prepare professional artwork presentations and production-ready files.

• Communicate with buyers to review designs, incorporate feedback, and finalize artwork approvals.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sampling, and Print/Embroidery R&D teams to ensure successful execution.
