Responsibilities & Context:
ACI is expanding its business portfolio with the launch of its Online Travel Agency (OTA) business under ACI Avionics & Airlines Services. This new venture aims to deliver innovative, convenient, and customer-focused travel solutions through both B2B and B2C channels. With a focus on digital travel services, strategic partnerships, and customer experience, ACI is looking for dynamic professionals to drive business growth, expand market reach, and establish a strong presence in the travel industry.
Develop and execute product strategies to drive OTA business growth, revenue, and profitability.
Manage and enhance digital travel products, including flight booking.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing assessments to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with technology teams to improve platform functionality, user experience, and booking conversion.
Collaborate with airlines, GDS providers, and travel partners to ensure competitive pricing and service offerings.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Monitor product performance, booking trends, revenue, and customer behavior through data analytics.
Identify opportunities for product innovation, process improvement, and customer retention.
Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track product KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
