Responsibilities & Context:
Handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls professionally, using established communication guidelines and scripts.
Input accurate records of every communication, including specific customer notes, issue categorization and action history into the internal database.
Identify and analyze the customer complaints and forward the issue to the concerned department.
Handle stakeholders with effective communication skills.
Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
