• Must be a retired member of the Bangladesh Army or Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).

• Minimum height: 6 feet.

• Must have a strong, well-built physique and good physical fitness.

• Must have a smart appearance, confident personality, and professional demeanor.

• Candidates with prior experience in personal protection or executive security will receive preference.

• Must be disciplined, trustworthy, responsible, punctual, and dependable.Must be capable of making sound decisions and working effectively under pressure.

• Must possess good communication skills, professional conduct, and a respectful attitude.

• Must pass the required physical fitness assessment, identity verification, verification of retirement documents, and applicable security background checks.

• Candidates applying for the Gunman position must meet all applicable legal requirements for firearm licensing and authorization.

1. Ensure the personal safety and security of the Chairman at all times while on duty.

2. Monitor security at the Chairman's residence, office, travel routes, and event venues.

3. Provide personal protection during the Chairman's official engagements, travel, and scheduled activities.

4. Identify potential security risks and promptly report suspicious activities or situations to the appropriate authority.

5. Maintain a high standard of alertness, discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality.

6. Assist in preparing and implementing appropriate personal security arrangements.

7. Respond promptly and responsibly to emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

8. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman's personal information, movements, schedule, and security arrangements.

9. Follow organizational policies, security protocols, and lawful instructions from the concerned authority.

10. Where armed duties are assigned, strictly comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and authorized firearm safety procedures
