• Maintain good communication with management and project team members.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.

• Follow company rules, policies, and safety procedures.Keep all project information and documents confidential.

• Perform any other project-related duties assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities – Day Shift

• Supervise and monitor daily project activities.

• Assign work to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.

• Monitor project progress according to the work plan and schedule.

• Coordinate with management, engineers, workers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, instructions, and quality standards.

• Monitor materials, tools, equipment, and other project resources.

• Maintain daily work progress reports and attendance records.

• Identify project-related problems and report them to management immediately.

• Ensure proper workplace discipline and professional behavior.

• Monitor safety and cleanliness at the project site.

• Check the quality of ongoing work and take corrective action when required.

• Ensure proper handover of daily work status to the management or next shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities – Night Shift

• Supervise all ongoing project activities during the night shift.

• Ensure workers remain engaged in their assigned duties.

• Monitor site security, safety, and discipline throughout the shift.

• Check materials, equipment, tools, and project assets during the night.

• Ensure no unauthorized person enters or removes any project materials or equipment.

• Monitor emergency issues and immediately inform management when necessary.

• Check the quality and progress of work performed during the night.

• Maintain a proper night-shift attendance and activity report.

• Record any incidents, delays, damages, shortages, or unusual activities.

• Ensure proper lighting, safety equipment, and safe working conditions.

• Prepare a detailed shift handover report for the day-shift supervisor/management.

• Remain available for urgent project-related matters during the assigned shift.
