Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Hands-on experience in networking, Wi-Fi, routers, system administration, and IT security.

Experience managing CCTV, access control, printers, and IT assets.

Familiarity with websites, domains, hosting, SSL, corporate email, and DNS.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and disaster recovery.

Experience with POS, ERP/HRM, and business management software.

Ability to manage digital content teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.

Experience in content planning, creation, photography, video production, and editing.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and campaign analytics.

Ability to manage branding, brand guidelines, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials across all concerns.

Experience in creative strategy, content calendars, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.

Strong skills in IT procurement, budgeting, vendor management, project coordination, and reporting.

Ability to coordinate with all departments and manage multiple projects effectively.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, creativity, and decision-making skills.

Willingness to visit different business units and ensure timely execution of IT and digital operations.

Flixza Group is looking for a skilled, proactive, and responsible IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage IT infrastructure, systems, technology resources, and technical support across all concerns of the Group.

The selected candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT operations, maintain system security and reliability, manage IT assets, coordinate technical teams and vendors, and implement technology solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all concerns of Flixza Group.

• Manage IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, internet connectivity, and other IT assets.

• Ensure the availability, performance, maintenance, and security of IT systems and business technology.

• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, CCTV, access control systems, and other relevant infrastructure.

• Administer user accounts, access permissions, corporate email, domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and related services.

• Manage websites, business software, POS systems, ERP/HRM systems, and other digital platforms used across the Group.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventories, equipment issuance records, user histories, warranties, licenses, and maintenance schedules.

• Implement appropriate data backup, recovery, cybersecurity, and access control procedures.

• Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, developers, and external IT service providers.

• Plan and execute IT procurement, budget preparation, cost control, and technology upgrades.

• Develop IT policies, standard operating procedures, documentation, and reporting systems.

• Monitor IT-related risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• Support digital transformation, process automation, and technology-driven business improvements.

• Guide IT personnel and coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to meet operational requirements.

• Prepare regular reports on IT performance, assets, expenses, maintenance, incidents, and ongoing projects.
