Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations
Manage overall IT infrastructure, servers, network, hardware, software and IT facilities.
Manage servers, storage, operating systems, databases, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth, connectivity, and system uptime.
Ensure network, server, endpoint, and user-level security.
Ensure regular data backup, backup verification, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Establish an effective IT Helpdesk/Support system with proper ticketing, prioritization, SLA, and issue tracking.
Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, ERP, and user-related issues.
Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, standards, and control procedures.
ERP Management
Lead overall ERP operations, implementation, user adoption, support and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective utilization of ERP across HR & Payroll, Merchandising, Inventory, Production, IE, Planning, Commercial, Accounting, SCM, and other functions.
Monitor ERP performance, data accuracy, system availability, and user adoption.
Ensure proper ERP user access, role-based permissions, and security controls.
