Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
Manage CSR initiatives, including sustainability projects, community outreach, philanthropic activities, and ethical business practices.
Engage with stakeholders to identify social and environmental issues and gather input for CSR programs .
Monitor and evaluate CSR impact, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate volunteer and community engagement programs and promote employee participation in CSR activities .
Communicate CSR initiatives through reports, presentations, and public forums to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder trust .
Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR into company culture and operations
