Responsibilities & Context:
- Inventory & Recipe Management: Ensuring that the ERP system accurately tracks raw materials (flour, butter, fruits, packaging) against the production of finished signature items like customized cakes and pastries. Managing "Bill of Materials" (BOM) for recipes to control wastage.
- POS & E-Commerce Integration: Integrating and troubleshooting data flows between physical point-of-sale (POS) systems at the Banani outlet and online customer orders coming through their Welkin Pastry Website or social media channels.
- Supply Chain Tracking: Managing internal requisitions between the central kitchen (often located in Mirpur) and the Banani retail front, tracking temperature-conscious delivery fleet operations.
- System Security & Access Control: Setting up system permissions for store managers, cashiers, bakers, and accounting staff to maintain a strict segregation of duties.
- Daily Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Resolving day-to-day transaction errors, ledger mismatch logs, and keeping the database backed up securely.
