• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and technical audits.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Production Management within the apparel/garments/textile industry.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across departments.

• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and drive team performance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in line with company policies and QMS requirements.

• Work closely with Technical, Development, and Production teams to achieve quality and production targets.

• Supervise sample evaluation, production approvals, and ensure product quality (measurement, workmanship, fittings, accessories).

• Monitor QA/QC performance, prepare reports, and conduct audits to resolve quality issues.

• Oversee production planning, machine maintenance, and resource utilization.

• Follow up orders, production, and shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure line balancing, capacity review, and timely achievement of shipment targets.

• Maintain effective communication with supply chain teams to enhance productivity and quality.
