• Order Processing: Review purchase orders (POs), check specifications for items like labels, buttons, zippers, and hangtags, and enter data into internal systems.

• Sample Approval: Coordinate with the design and lab departments to get buyer approval for development and pre-production samples.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate daily with production, planning, merchandising, and commercial/shipping teams to track progress.

• Production Follow-Up: Monitor manufacturing status on the factory floor to prevent bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met.

• Matrix Management: Coordinating simultaneously between the Buyer (for artwork, tech-packs, and approvals), the Trim Supplier (for development and bulk production), and the Garment Factory (to ensure trims arrive before the factory's cutting dates).

• Quality & Delivery: Verify that finished trims match approved quality standards and manage dispatch logistics.

• Coordinate closely with the production, planning, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor sales performance and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales documentation.
