Key Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.

• Strong hands-on experience with Data Studio or Power BI .

• Excellent knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, data validation, and data visualization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.

• Understanding of KPI development and performance analysis.

• Ability to convert raw operational data into meaningful business insights.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Retail Analytics.

• Knowledge of advanced Google Sheets functions such as Query, Filter, Arrayformula, Importrange, Index/Match, Vlookup, Etc.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.

• Experience with automation tools such as Google Apps Script is an advantage.

• Experience working with ERP, inventory, production planning, or supply-chain systems is preferred.

Experience Requirements: 4+ years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Operations Analytics.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Executive, Production Program and Analytics to manage transforming operational and production data into accurate, actionable insights and business intelligence (BI) dashboards. The role will manage project management systems, software workflows, Google Sheets-based data backends, develop and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and provide analytical support for production planning, sourcing, material management, and overall supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Google Sheets-based data systems and backend structures.

• Consolidate data from production, sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory, and other operational functions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely updates.

• Create standardized data structures, formulas, validation rules, and automated reporting mechanisms.

• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplication, coordinating with relevant teams for correction.

• Design, develop, and maintain Data Studio or similar platform dashboards for management and operational teams.

• Convert business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations.

• Build dashboards for production program status, material sourcing, delivery performance, production progress, consumption, inventory, and other operational areas.

• Ensure dashboards are updated automatically or with minimum manual intervention.

• Continuously improve dashboard usability, accuracy, and performance.

• Monitor production program progress against planned timelines and targets.

• Analyze program release, production, material availability, delivery, and completion status.

• Develop analytical reports to identify delays, bottlenecks, risks, and deviations from plan.

• Track production program KPIs and provide early-warning insights to management.

• Support capacity, timeline, and workload analysis for production programs.

• Define and maintain relevant operational KPIs and measurement frameworks.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports as required.

• Analyze trends, variances, performance gaps, and root causes.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Develop comparative analysis across suppliers, factories, products, seasons, programs, and timelines.

• Identify repetitive manual reporting activities and develop solutions to reduce manual work.

• Use advanced Google Sheets functions and data-management techniques to automate reporting.

• Explore opportunities to improve data flow between operational teams and reporting dashboards.
