Key Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of interior and architecture design, site execution, and project management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings.

• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, costing, material specifications, and contractor bill verification.

• Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and team management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Interior Design or commercial interior project experience will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Interior and Architecture Design, Real Estate, Construction, or Project Management.

• Experience in commercial interior and Architecture Design construction projects will be preferred.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead commercial interior and architecture projects from planning through completion. The role will be responsible for project planning, technical coordination, site execution, cost and resource management, quality control, and timely project delivery in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple interior and architecture design projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and execution strategies.

• Review architectural, interior, structural, MEP, and engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.

• Manage material procurement, equipment, contractors, and site resources.

• Review quantities, material specifications, quotations, cost estimates, and contractor bills.

• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and technical issues and take corrective actions when required.

• Provide technical solutions for construction, interior, and architecture design site-related challenges.

• Conduct site inspections and verify completed work, measurements, and material usage against approved requirements.

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, progress records, and reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Lead project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and contractors.

• Coordinate project handover and ensure timely resolution of defects and outstanding works.

• Drive improvements in project execution, cost efficiency, quality, and team productivity.
