• Age 20 to 30 years

• Should be familiar with all IT products (laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, printers, speakers, etc.) servicing.
• Should have knowledge of repairs on the motherboards, touch LCD and display.   
• Should have an understanding of motherboards diagnosing and repairing.
• Should be able to OS Installation.
• Should have experience of customer product service and rework of all IT products.
• Good communication skill with customer.
• Must be knowledge about Microsoft office.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose all IT products.

• To repair faulty PCBs, power boards, motherboards and other relevant boards as per the repair SOP.

• Peripheral device servicing: diagnosing and repairing printers, monitors, routers, and UPS units.

• OS installation: performing clean installations and configurations of windows operating systems.

• To fulfill daily repair targets efficiently and maintain service quality.
