ABOUT THE ROLE

Picmatic Digital is looking for confident, energetic, and highly fluent English-speaking female candidates to join our international call center team.

This position involves communicating directly with UK customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and closing sales over the phone. Since you will be dealing with international customers, strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.

Freshers and university students are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to UK customers and communicate confidently according to provided scripts and campaign guidelines.

• Use fluent and professional spoken English to communicate clearly and naturally with customers.

• Understand customer needs, ask relevant questions, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

• Promote and sell products/services over the phone while following campaign instructions.

• Build positive customer interactions through confident, polite, and persuasive communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in the call center database.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Handle inbound, outbound, and non-voice sales-related tasks when required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
