Experience:
Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, web traffic, and conversion rates.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze website performance, and stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms and best practices.
Recommend and execute on-page and off-page SEO improvements, including site architecture optimization, link-building, and content refinement.
Write, edit, and manage high-quality content in native-level English for blogs, landing pages, ads, and social media aligned with our brand tone and target audience.
Manage and grow Picmatic Digital’s online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms through strategic posting, engagement, and community building.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and cohesive storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for all campaigns — delivering actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective execution.
Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Picmatic Digital ahead of the curve.
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields, ideally within the IT, creative, or design industry.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar analytics tools.
Deep understanding of SEO ranking factors, keyword strategy, and content marketing principles.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a sharp eye for creativity and brand voice.
Hands-on experience managing social media and ad campaigns across major platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
