Role Overview
As an Influencer Manager / Talent Manager / Content Creator Manager, you will be the key point of contact for assigned influencers. Your job is to find and close paid brand deals, negotiate contracts and deliverables, manage schedules and campaigns end-to-end, and represent creators professionally with brands, production teams, and agencies.
You must be comfortable balancing relationships on both sides: being supportive and motivating with influencers, and sharp, structured, and commercial with brands.

Key Responsibilities
1) Deal Sourcing & Revenue Growth
Identify, pitch, and secure paid opportunities for signed influencers (brand collaborations, UGC, appearances, ambassadorships).
Build and maintain a pipeline of active leads (brands, agencies, marketing managers, production houses).
Develop creator media kits, rate cards, pitch decks, and tailored proposals.
Track outreach, responses, and deal stages to ensure consistent monthly deal flow.
2) Negotiation & Contract Handling
Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, and payment terms.
Review and finalize contracts/SOWs; ensure clarity on what’s included and what’s not.
Protect the influencer’s long-term value (avoid underpricing, unclear scope, rights overreach).
Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and any needed documentation.
3) Campaign & Production Coordination (End-to-End)
Manage each collaboration from confirmation to completion: briefing → planning → production → review → posting → reporting.
Coordinate with brands, agencies, photographers/videographers, editors, stylists, and other production partners.
Ensure deliverables meet the brief while staying authentic to the creator’s voice.
Handle revisions professionally and prevent scope creep.
4) Influencer Planning, Discipline & Motivation
Maintain creator calendars: shoot days, post schedules, deadlines, travel, event dates, and brand timelines.
Keep influencers accountable: reminders, follow-ups, and structured weekly planning.
Help influencers plan content that supports both growth and brand partnerships.
Act as a calm problem-solver when creators feel overwhelmed or stuck.
5) Relationship Management & Reputation
Be the professional “face” of the influencer in all brand communications.
Ensure smooth communication: quick replies, clear expectations, and polished messaging.
Manage conflicts diplomatically (misalignment, delays, feedback issues, production problems).
Protect relationships and maintain high repeat-client rates.
6) Reporting & Process Management
Track performance outcomes: deliverable completion, deadlines met, payment status, campaign results.
Maintain internal records (deals, contracts, briefs, rates, revisions, learnings).
Improve agency systems: templates, negotiation playbooks, campaign checklists, and SOPs.
