Additional Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless camera operation.

  • Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, exposure and camera movement.

  • Ability to record clear and professional-quality audio.

  • Experience in shooting interviews, testimonials, portraits and institutional events.

  • Ability to work calmly and professionally with doctors, patients and senior management.

  • Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with stabilizers, gimbals, tripods, wireless microphones and lighting equipment will be an advantage.

  • Must maintain professional behavior and appropriate attire inside the hospital.

  • Ownership of professional camera equipment will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

  • Candidates should be willing to travel within Dhaka for official shoots when required.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture professional profile, portrait and workplace photographs of doctors and clinical team members.

  • Record doctors’ interviews, awareness messages, educational talks and promotional video content.

  • Record patient testimonial videos professionally, respectfully and only after obtaining proper consent.

  • Capture photographs and videos of hospital activities, institutional programmes, workshops, seminars, campaigns and special events.

  • Record suitable supporting footage or B-roll of the hospital environment, equipment, services and team activities.

  • Set up and operate cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting equipment, microphones and other necessary production tools.

  • Ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, lighting, composition and audio quality during every shoot.

  • Guide doctors and testimonial participants regarding posture, positioning and basic on-camera presentation.

  • Review captured footage immediately after the shoot to identify technical issues and retake shots when necessary.

  • Organize, label and hand over all raw photographs and video files within the assigned deadline.

  • Maintain proper file-management practices and securely preserve captured content until final handover.

  • Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.

  • Follow the organization’s consent, branding, infection-control and workplace policies during hospital-based shoots.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Medical and Administrative teams regarding shoot schedules and content requirements.

  • Be available for occasional outdoor shoots, doctor chamber visits or institutional events when required.

Important Scope of Work:

  • The role is focused on photography and videography only.

  • The candidate will provide properly organized raw photos and raw video footage.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of practical experience in photography and videography is preferred.

  • Fresh candidates with an excellent portfolio and strong technical skills may also apply.

  • Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, corporate, documentary or interview-based shooting will be considered an advantage.
