• Age 20 to 30 years

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Design Facebook/Instagram posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
• Create and maintain brand identity, visual guidelines, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts based on campaign objectives and client requirements.
• Design graphics for websites, landing pages, digital platforms, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop effective visual campaigns.
• Create event branding and promotional materials, including backdrops, standees, invitations, banners, and event graphics.
• Edit and retouch images, including background removal, color correction, photo manipulation, and compositing.
• Prepare final artwork according to digital and print production specifications.
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and professional standards.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines and according to client requirements.
• Revise and refine designs based on client/team feedback.
