Job Context

We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, and digitally aware individuals to join our team as Intern – Content Creation & Influencer Marketing.

The selected interns will contribute fresh content ideas and create funny, engaging, and brand-relevant static and dynamic content for social media and other digital platforms. They will also assist with influencer marketing activities, campaign coordination, and content production.

Current university students and recent graduates from any academic discipline are encouraged to apply. The internship may be remote, on-site, or hybrid, depending on business and project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate creative and engaging content ideas for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Create static posts, reels, short-form videos, memes, and other dynamic content.

• Develop funny, relatable, and brand-relevant content aligned with the brand’s communication guidelines.

• Monitor current social media trends and identify suitable opportunities for brand content.

• Write captions, hooks, short scripts, and basic promotional copy.

• Participate in content brainstorming, planning, and campaign development.

• Assist with influencer research, identification, and shortlisting.

• Support communication, coordination, and follow-up with influencers.

• Assist in preparing influencer briefs and communicating campaign requirements.

• Track influencer content submissions and maintain relevant campaign records.

• Support content shoots, video production, and other creative activities when required.

• Coordinate with the marketing, brand, and creative teams.

• Complete assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.

• Monthly internship allowance: 10,000 BDT

• Internship certificate upon successful completion.
