Responsibilities & Context:
Develop strong knowledge of white cement, mosaic stone chips, and other building materials and promote them to customers.
Find and approach new customers, builders, developers, contractors, dealers, and other potential clients.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, builders, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Present products to customers and explain their features, benefits, and commercial advantages.
Achieve assigned sales targets through proper planning, regular customer visits, follow-up, and order management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare regular sales reports.
