• Age 35 to 40 years

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve company revenue and business growth targets.

• Identify and develop new customers, buyers, buying houses, and business opportunities in local and export-oriented markets.

• Must have the capability and proven track record to obtain *new buying office nominations and buyer approvals* for the company.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying offices, garment manufacturers, textile companies, brands, and other relevant clients.

• Generate new business opportunities for *quilting, padding, fake down, comforters, and related products/services*.

• Conduct regular client visits, business meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Monitor sales pipeline, customer development, order status, and collection in coordination with relevant departments.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and market trends.

• Coordinate with the Production, Merchandising, QC, Commercial, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales, customer acquisition, and business development targets.
