Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; HSC/Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer support (eCommerce, electronics or consumer goods preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bangla; basic English is a plus.
Comfortable handling Facebook/Messenger inboxes, WhatsApp and web-based CRM tools.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets) for maintaining lead and sales records.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Organized, punctual and customer-oriented.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into sales, and give customers an excellent experience after the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat and phone calls.
Explain product features and benefits clearly, including filtration and water quality (TDS), and guide customers to purchase.
Follow up with interested leads regularly and convert them into confirmed sales.
Confirm orders, enter them into the system, and coordinate with the delivery team for on-time delivery.
Maintain organized records of customer conversations, leads and sales.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead follow-up reports.
Work closely with the digital marketing, retail and dealer sales teams.
Handle after-sales queries and keep customers satisfied.
