Merit Link BD, a growing Hardware Tools & Equipment company, is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Hardware Tools & Equipment products in assigned areas.

• Visit dealers, retailers, shops, and business clients regularly.

• Develop new dealers, retailers, and customers.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Collect orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Follow up with customers and support timely collection.
