Experience:

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Solar Energy

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.

• Candidates must have a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed university.

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Solar Energy

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical products and convert technical features into customer-focused communication.

• Strong project coordination and execution capability.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies for SSG’s Solar products and solutions.

• Plan and implement ATL, BTL, digital and trade marketing activities for the Solar business.

• Develop product positioning, brand communication and promotional campaigns.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer, competitor and industry trends.

• Coordinate with sales, product, technical and external agencies to ensure effective brand execution.

• Prepare marketing materials, product communication, presentations and campaign briefs.

• Support product launches, exhibitions, events, dealer/customer engagement and other promotional activities.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

• Ensure consistency of SSG Solar brand identity across all communication channels.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business growth through effective branding initiatives.
