Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive land sales and market growth.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
