Responsibilities & Context:
Manage showroom sales, assigned targets, visual display, and overall showroom operations.
Ensure proper OPDOC sales process, billing, registration, VAT, requisition, and other administrative activities.
Monitor customer walk-ins, portal leads, follow-ups, and convert potential customers into buyers.
Handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Monitor sales trends, competitors, market demand, and take necessary actions to improve sales performance.
Prepare sales and operational reports, monthly BTL plans and budgets, and coordinate with TM, RM, HOD, and other departments.
Lead, train, and develop the showroom team on products, features, technology, and sales practices while ensuring smooth branch operations.
Any task assigned by management.
