We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven candidates for the positions of Assistant Manager – Sales and Executive – Sales for our Real Estate company.

The candidates will be responsible for apartment/plot sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets through direct communication and marketing activities.

• Promote and sell apartments, flats, and real estate projects

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, online platforms, and personal networking

• Communicate with prospective buyers and provide project information professionally

• Arrange client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

• Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain client databases

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation

• Handle customer queries regarding pricing, payment plans, booking, and handover process
