Responsibilities & Context:
● Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp and other online platforms.
● Respond to student inquiries and provide basic information about study-abroad opportunities.
● Counsel prospective students over phone and suggest suitable countries, universities and programs based on their profiles.
● Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication with prospective students.
● Convert interested leads into office visits, counselling sessions and applications.
● Maintain daily call and follow-up records and update lead information regularly.
● Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, counselling and lead-conversion targets.
● Promote EDUBUZZ services, study destinations, universities, intakes and admission opportunities.
● Participate in promotional videos, Facebook Reels, short videos, live sessions, webinars and other social media activities. ● Appear confidently, professionally and naturally in front of the camera.
● Assist in creating simple, engaging and informative video content for Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms. ● Coordinate with the marketing/content team for video shoots, campaigns and promotional activities.
● Perform other duties assigned by the management related to student counselling, sales and promotional activities.
