Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & B2B Marketing: Find and target corporate clients, factories, and businesses needing skilled or unskilled labor.
Strategy Execution: Create and run marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and print media.
Market Research: Study industry trends, competitor pricing, and labor demands across target sectors.
Content & Collateral Creation: Prepare brochures, company profiles, presentations, and digital ads highlighting our workforce capabilities.
Networking & Events: Attend trade fairs, business expos, and industry meetups to build strong partner networks.
Performance Tracking: Measure campaign results, analyze conversion metrics, and report ROI to management.
